Стратегия, состоящая в том, что инвестор может купить включенные в официальный котировочный лист акции у продавца, специализирующегося на торговле нестандартными пакетами, который продает их по цене предложения покупателя и не дожидается в течение неопределенно долгого времени очередной сделки со стандартным пакетом, чтобы исполнить приказ на продажу нестандартного пакета.
